Here at The Golden Pheasant Hotel we can offer you the perfect venue for your big day.
Our beautiful landscaped gardens with the backdrop of the Ceiriog Valley
present the ideal surroundings for your most special of days.
We pride ourselves on offering a totally professional yet personal style of both service and food.
We never book more than one wedding a day ensuring that you get the
full attention of our team and the guidance of your own Master of Ceremonies throughout the whole day.
From the second you are welcomed onto the red carpet to the last farewells
we will organise and deliver the very best that you expect for your wedding day.
Wedding License
Not only our restaurant but also our main lounge and Berwyn suite are licensed to hold your service here with us. We can accommodate up to 45 people for your ceremony.
The charge to hold your wedding with us is £200 and includes all room hire charges.
The marriage can only take place in the presence of the registrar,
so please confirm with them that they are available for your chosen date.
Neither the Bride nor the Groom has to be residents of the area to be married at the Hotel.

Obviously should you have any personal preference of your own then we will be more than happy to assist.
However the packages prove to be a very convenient way to budget for your guests.
Menus
We have listed 3 sample menus to give you some idea of the style and costs available.
As the Golden Pheasant is a privately own Hotel we can offer you whatever style of menu you require.
So please make an appointment to meet the General Manager and our Head Chef to discuss your own particular requirements. We have also listed a selection of our evening buffet menus for your evening function.
What’s included
We pride ourselves on the fact that we do not add any hidden charges, simply add your food and drinks packages together and that’s the total amount. We include;
Use of Red Carpet, Cake Stand and Cake Knife, Master of Ceremonies,
Colour coordinated table linen, Bridal suite for the happy couple and all room hire.
You should consider producing a table plan and place cards depending on the size
of your wedding and if you require flowers on some or all of the dining tables.
Accommodation
We can offer 19 ensuite rooms for your guests who are travelling some distance for your wedding day.
We can offer superb rates depending on the number of rooms required and we can
organise bookings direct with your guests meaning one less job for you to organise!
If your guests stay over two nights to make a little break away we can offer
even greater savings with our superb dinner, bed and breakfast packages.
