We will reopen March 30th 2012 when will be looking forward to welcoming customers from all over the world to Llwynmawr and the beautiful Ceiriog Valley. Update: January - We're currently putting the finishing touches on the new bathrooms in the rooms with garden view. Next we'll be refurbishing Room 6's bathroom (the room with the antique oak four poster bed).
We're taking out the old jacuzzi bath and replacing it with a nice cast iron slipper bath.
The Golden Pheasant Country Inn lies deep in the beautiful Ceiriog Valley, close to Llangollen, Chirk Castle and the Llangollen Canal and in a part of North Wales so loved by Lloyd George.
Enjoy a relaxed and tranquil break here in the hotel with its landscaped gardens and surrounding woodland or stop for a meal after exploring the countryside and its many walks.
The AA four-star inn has 15 en suite rooms with full facilities including three four-poster rooms. Dogs are very welcome and there are many activities to enjoy locally including shooting and golf.
The restaurant offers friendly and relaxed service, a wide selection of spirits, and local Welsh and Swedish cuisine.The kitchen team passionately work to source great local produce.
